PACKAGES & PRE-PAID:

All *packages are valid for 1 year only, any treatment left untaken after that will be forfeited.

Pre-Paid treatments are valid for 3 months only.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

-*Packages can only be exchanged before the second treatment if found unsuitable;

-Pre-paid treatments are exchangeable but not refundable;

-Opened or used products are not exchangeable and not refundable.

FEES:

-Consultation fees are payable at the time of the booking (phone payments accepted) and is 100% redeemable against the treatment cost if treatment is performed 1 month after the consultation. The consultation fee it's not refundable or redeemable for no shows.

Cancellation/Rescheduling policy:

NV Beauty Clinic is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels/reschedules without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.

Please text us at 07965819529 by 2:00 p.m. 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Tuesday appointment, please text our office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged 100% for the missed appointment and 50% for notifications with less than 48 hours.

Groupon Vouchers: 48 hours cancellation notice. Please text us at 07965819529 by 2:00 p.m. 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Tuesday appointment, please text our office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged 100% for the missed appointment.

You may be refused future bookings if you miss an appointment without prior notification or have 2 cancellations with less than 48 hours.

DISCOUNTS:

-Discounts cannot be applied on the treatments/products/*packages that have been discounted already. 

-Last Minute discounts, 50% or other, doesn't apply to packages. It can only be used to buy single treatments, and it has to be done on the promotion day.

Vouchers: 

Vouchers purchased from us are valid for 3 months. Vouchers not used within that time will expire and cannot be accepted.

Vouchers from Groupon, Wowcher and Treatwell will expire 1 month after the redemption date. If you do not book your treatment within 1 month you will lose the purchased treatment.
