How does it work?

3D-Cavitation:
Cavitation uses an ultrasound wave to mechanically disrupt the cell membrane of the fat cell. The ultrasound wave creates a vibration within the fat layer , the fat cells do not have the structural capacity to with stand this vibration and the cell membrane will very quickly break down. The result is natural fat loss.
Treatment time: Up to 40 min
Number of recommended sessions: 6-8;
Pre and Post Care:
Avoid alcohol 24 hours before and after treatment;
Eat a well balanced diet on day of treatment;
Avoid a heavy meal 2 hours before and after treatment;
Drink 2 litres of water daily.

-Cryolipolisis/Fat Freezing:
Cryolipolisis is a simple and non invasive fat removal procedure and involves the use of an applicator that cools the fat cells in the targeted area of your body. An applicator cup is placed onto the treated area to deliver a gentle vacuum pressure that draws the fatty tissue between the cooling panels. The treated fat cells are removed through the body's natural metabolic processes by means of white blood cells and liver, similar to the way fat from food is removed. This allows for a gradual reduction in fat from the targeted areas to create a slimmer, more defined appearance.
Treatment time: 30 to 60 minutes per area.

Pre and Post Care:
Avoid any heat on treated area before treatment and until skin has normalized and after treatment including sunbeds;
Bruising may be apparent for up to 10 days;
Redness may be present for upto 4 weeks;

Wear fitting clothing until redness and numbness subside;
Drink 2 litres of water daily.
